identified to be the complainant/first-informant of the FIR in question
by SI Sachin Mann.
3. The factual matrix of the present case is that the marriage
between the petitioner no.1 and the respondent no.2 was solemnized
on 10.12.2006 according to Hindu rites and ceremonies. As soon as
the complainant reached her matrimonial home, the mother-in-law of
the complainant got removed all her jewellery and kept the same with
her. On 22.12.2006, the husband of the complainant came from
outside in a drunk condition and misbehaved with the complainant and
he also started telling her about his relations with other women. The
husband and the in-laws of the complainant always used to taunt her
about her parents. On 04.02.2007, the complainant saw her husband
playing with the hair of the maid servant of the house. On 25.02.2007,
the complainant was sent to her parental home on Holi and the
mother-in-law of the complainant asked her to bring along car or
money. On 08.04.2007, the husband of the complainant fought with
her and her mother-in-law pushed her due to which she fell down on
the floor. Due to the same the complainant suffered a miscarriage. On
03.05.2007, the father of the complainant took her along to his house.
