submitted that the respondent No.2, present in the Court has been
identified to be the complainant/first-informant of the FIR in question

by her counsel.
3. The factual matrix of the present case is that the marriage
between the petitioner and the respondent no.2 was solemnized on
04.11.2006 as per Hindu rites and customs. Just one week after the
marriage, the mother-in-law of the complainant took all her jewellery
that her parents had given her in marriage. The complainant was made
to do all house hold chores and was not even given enough food. On
27.10.2007, the husband of the complainant suffered an accident and
all the expenses for his treatment were borne by the parents of the
complainant. The accused persons used to threaten the complainant
that if her parents do not fulfill their demands, she will suffer at their
hands. Thereafter, the complainant became pregnant and on
25.03.2007, on an argument, the mother-in-law and the sister-in-law
of the complainant hit her on the stomach due to which she lost her
child. Then the complainant gave birth on 18.05.2008 and has been
living at her parents house since last 4-5 months.
