SC reserves order in Salman Khan black buck poaching case

1 min read

The Supreme Court has reserved its order in the Salam Khan Black buck poaching case so that the actor could travel to Britain for a film assignment. While doing so, the bench comprising of Justice┬áS.J. Mukhopadhyay and Justice A.K. Goel said that Salman Khan’s conviction could not be stayed merely because it comes in the way of his getting a British visa.

He was convicted by the trial court in 2006 and his conviction was further stayed by the High Court.
