SC reserves order in Salman Khan black buck poaching case
1 min readThe Supreme Court has reserved its order in the Salam Khan Black buck poaching case so that the actor could travel to Britain for a film assignment. While doing so, the bench comprising of Justice S.J. Mukhopadhyay and Justice A.K. Goel said that Salman Khan’s conviction could not be stayed merely because it comes in the way of his getting a British visa.
He was convicted by the trial court in 2006 and his conviction was further stayed by the High Court.
