Satya Prakash Singh & Ors vs The State & Ors on 30 October, 2015

1. Vide the present petition; petitioners seek directions thereby
quashing of FIR No. 199/2003 registered at PS-Pandav Nagar for the
offences punishable under Sections 365/323/330/506/34 IPC against
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that
the aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of respondent No.2, in
which respondent no.3 was the victim. Thereafter, due to the intervention
of the relatives and other respectable members of the locality, both the
aforesaid respondents have settled the disputes with the petitioners and do
not want to pursue the case further against them.
3. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are personally present in the Court with

their Counsel. They have been duly identified by SI Sachin Tomar,
Investigating Officer of the case. Ld. Counsel on instructions submits that
the matter has been settled between the parties and respondents mentioned
above have no complaint whatsoever against the petitioners and if the
present petition is allowed, they have no objection.
