1. By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code
of Criminal Procedure, 1973, petitioners seek quashing of FIR
No.319/2007 registered at Police Station Jahangir Puri, New Delhi, for the
offences punishable under Sections 420/448/323/467/468/471/506/120B
IPC and the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom against them.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that

the aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of respondent No.3,
namely, Dinesh Gupta. After investigation, police has filed the
chargesheet, charges have been framed and the case is pending for
prosecution evidence. Meanwhile, the respondent No.3 and the petitioners
have amicably settled their disputes before The Mediation and
Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi, vide settlement
agreement dated 28.08.2012, for a total sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten Lacs).
Out of which, a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Seven Lacs) has already been paid
and the balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is paid today in Court to the
respondent No.3, which facts have not been disputed by the respondent
