RGNUL organising one day National Seminar on Menace of Corruption and Black Money in India

National University of Law, Patiala is organizing a One Day National Seminar on
MENACE OF CORRUPTION AND BLACK MONEY IN INDIA: ISSUES AND PERSPECTIVES
on 22nd August, 2015.

Despite the enactment of laws to root out
corruption and to plug black money, the menace of corruption has reached
monstrous proportions, which has adversely affected the credibility of the
country world-wide. In this backdrop, the Seminar attempts to explore various
aspects of Corruption and Black Money in India, the efficacy of legal
provisions and the role of investigating agencies in combating with this
problem.

The organizing committee invites all
members of intellectual community to come for paper presentation and discussion
which will take place during the seminar.

The SUB-THEMES of the Seminar:

·         Black Money in India : Issues and
Challenges

·         Corruption in India and Legal Mechanism

·         Role of Investigating Agencies, Ombudsman,
Media and Civil Society in Preventing and Combating Corruption

·         Corruption, Black Money vis-a-vis
Accountability
