submitted that the respondent No.2, present in the Court has been

identified to be the complainant/first-informant of the FIR in question

by ASI Ranbir Singh.

3. The factual matrix of the present case is that the marriage

between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 was solemnized on

02.12.2010 according to Hindu rites and ceremonies. After the

marriage, the accused persons started taunting her saying that the

parents of the complainant had lowered down their status. When the

complainant objected to the same, she was beaten up by the

accused/petitioners. On 04.12.2010, the mother-in-law and the

husband of the complainant demanded her jewellery and when she

refused, the husband of the complainant started beating her and her

mother-in-law took all the jewellery and money. When the

complainant objected to the fact that her elder nanad is always in the

house, she was betaen up by all her nanads, husband, jeth, nandoi and

parents-in-law. On 10.03.2011, the complainant was against beaten up

even after knowing that she is pregnant, by her husband and nandoi

and they asked her to call her father and ask him to bring a car. The

husband of they complainant came home on several occasion in

drunken condition and used to kick her on the back. On 30.09.2011,

the complainant gave birth to a female child and when her in-laws

came to know about the same, they said that they do not have relation

with the child and the complainant.
