4. This Regular First Appeal under Section 96 of the Code

of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) is filed by the plaintiffs in the suit

impugning the judgment of the Trial Court dated 8.12.2017 by which

trial court has though found the respondents/defendants guilty of

negligence in arrest and medical treatment of Sh. Vinod Kumar

Sharma, the late husband of the appellant no.1/plaintiff no.1, and held

that damages of Rs.7.50 lacs could be awarded, yet, the suit was held

to be barred by limitation, and therefore the suit was dismissed.
