Parents move to Court in the German row in schools

New Delhi: A notice has been issued the Supreme Court of India to the Ministry of Human Resource Development. This was done in regard to a petition filed the parents challenging the legality of a government order replacing German language with Sanskrit in the current curriculum.

The parents opined that this hasty decision of Government could lead to “catastrophic consequences” on children, who have already finished their school.
