2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State
submitted that the respondent no.2 present in the Court has been
identified to be the complainant/first informant and the respondent
no.3 present in the Court has been identified to be the victim in the
FIR in question by their counsel.
3. The factual matrix of the present case is that the petitioners and
respondent nos. 2 & 3 are real brothers. On 21.08.2013, a quarrel took
place between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3 regarding
partition of the ancestral property due to which the respondent nos.2 &
Crl.M.C. 1640/2016 Page 1 of 7
3 got injured.
