Mitish Birdi vs State & Anr on 16 October, 2015

1. Vide the present petition; petitioner seeks directions thereby
quashing of FIR No. 323/2007 registered at PS-Lajpat Nagar for the
offences punishable under Sections 457/380/411 IPC against him.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that
the aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of respondent No.2,
namely Mr. Sanjay Kumar regarding theft of articles. Thereafter, due to
the intervention of common friends and respectable members of the
locality, the matter has been settled between the parties. Thus, respondent
no. 2 does not want to pursue the case further against the petitioner.
3. Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court. For his
identification, he has produced his Passport being no.Z2211149 issued by

Govt. of India. Original seen and returned. Respondent no. 2 submits
that he has settled the disputes with the petitioner and has no complaint
whatsoever against him. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the case
further against him and if the present petition is allowed, he has no
objection.
