  2. That I am well-conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case and hence I am fully competent to swear the present affidavit.
  3. That the accompanying application may be read as part and parcel of the present affidavit as the contents of the same are not repeated here for the sake of brevity.
  4. That the annexure No. 1 is a true and correct photocopy of the written statement filed by the applicant in suit No. ………………of ……………, before the District Court of ………… and Annexure No. 2 is a true and correct photocopy of the agreement executed between the opposite party and the applicant.
