Iqbal vs State Of Nct Of Delhi & Anr on 18 September, 2015

1. Vide the present petition; petitioners seek directions thereby
quashing of FIR No.732/2014 registered at Police Station Welcome,
Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC
read with section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 against the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a
scuffle has taken place between the parties on 14.12.2014 as a result of
which the aforementioned FIR was registered against the petitioner on the
complaint of respondent no.2.
3. Learned counsel further submits that both the parties have amicably
settled their disputes and does not wish to pursue the case further.
Learned counsel submits that in view of the above, the present petition

may be allowed.
