1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is
willing to accept the accommodation offered. The petitioner has, however,
learnt that there are certain arrears of water, electricity and gas connection
on account of which the petitioner would not in a position to obtain water,
electricity and gas connection in her name.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the
respondent will ensure that there is no impediment for the petitioner to
obtain necessary water, electricity and gas connection, and arrears, if any of
the previous occupant, would be taken care in accordance with law. He
however submits that the petitioner has to submit his technical acceptance.
