1. By way of the present petition; filed under section 482 Cr.P.C.
Petitioners seek directions thereby quashing of FIR No. 76/2000
registered at PS-Mandawali for the offence punishable under Sections
452/448/380/323/342/506/34 IPC against them.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that
the aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of respondent No.2,
namely Mr. Pradeep Kr. Kushwah as the petitioners had committed
trespass into the tenanted portion of respondent no. 2 and removed some
household items and threatened to kill him and wrongfully confined him.
Thereafter, due the intervention of the common friends and respectable
members of the society, respondent no. 2 has compromised the matter
with the petitioners vide compromise deed dated 21.11.2014. Therefore,

he does not want to pursue the case further against them.
