3. Container Corporation of India Ltd. (hereafter „CONCOR‟) has filed
the present petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act, 1996 (hereafter „the Act‟) to set aside the arbitral award dated
07.10.2015 (hereafter „the impugned award‟) made by the arbitral tribunal
constituted by the sole arbitrator, Justice C. K. Mahajan (Retd.). By the
impugned award, the arbitral tribunal has adjudicated the disputes in
respect of an Agreement dated 10.11.2003 entered into between the parties,

whereby the respondent agreed to provide cargo handling services at
Inland Container Depot (hereafter „ICD‟), Tughlakabad, New Delhi.
