1. Vide the present petition, petitioners seek directions thereby
quashing of FIR No. 259/2015 registered at Police Station Harsh Vihar,
Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 308/323/506/34 IPC
against the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that
Petitioner no. 2, 3, 4 and 7 are respectively the uncle, brother, sister and
uncle of petitioner no.1 and petitioner nos. 5 to 7 are the family friends of
petitioner no. 1. The aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of
respondent No.2, namely, Smt. Deepti, wife of petitioner no.1 due to

scuffle took place between the parties on 03.05.2015, in which respondent
no. 2 along with her brothers, i.e., respondent nos. 3 and 4 received
injuries. Thereafter, the matter has been compromised between the parties
and since then respondent no.2 being wife of petitioner no.1 is staying
with him. Thus, respondent nos.2 to 4 do not want to pursue the case
further against the petitioners and if the present petition is allowed, they
have no objection.
